Let me start off by saying that I'm still personally a Novice when it comes to drawing, and art in general. So please take my critique with a grain of salt. I really love this piece but as you've asked for a critique there are a few things that stood out to me that I'd like to talk about.

Before I start I'd like to explain a bit on my ratings. I don't give out 5 stars, 5 stars should signify perfection in my opinion and I think it's important that no matter how good an artist is, or is perceived as, that they always strive for more.

Vision (3.5 Stars)
So I feel like you definitely conveyed what you were depicting as a fantasy style version of Overwatch's Widowmaker. The elongated collar, the shoulder guard, and loose fit leather gloves were all very cool touches. At the same time you kept her identity intact by keeping her somewhat signature visor with a fantasy twist.

I pulled half a star because I wasn't really sure what type of setting she was supposed to be in. My best guess was a bush, maybe a cloud of smoke, perhaps she's shrouded in some kind of mist? I'm not sure, it was a cool effect but I didn't really see it's application.

Originality (3 Stars)
So this is a tough one because ultimately the character is someone else's creation, but you put in a clear amount of effort drawing out a Widowmaker themed armor.

Feedback:
I really love the Widowmaker "W" that comes across her waistline, as well as the details you put into her visor. They make the idea of a Widowmaker dressed in a "Robin hood-esque" getup a lot more interesting.

I will give you a few areas I saw as missed opportunities though. Primarily with the bow and quiver.

The Bow:
When I think about Widowmaker in Overwatch, one of the main things I remember is her transforming weapon. Something that gave her the option of fighting in close combat, or be a trained sniper at long distances. Maybe you could have had the bow be a combination of two short blades or daggers? (Just throwing ideas, not saying that's the correct way)

Either way, I feel like in this instance, the bow design came up as a little forgettable and didn't really reflect the amount of effort you put into the armor itself.

The Quiver:
This is probably my least favorite piece of your illustration. This area looks unfinished, and I don't mean to say that to be hurtful. The arrows themselves show simply an outline of what should be there, and the bottom half of the quiver is just a line (that I'm not quite sure lines up with the top half).

The top half of the quiver is great, you showed this awesome metal rim and shaded things wonderfully but when I follow things to the other end, there is nothing there.

Lastly, some little details that I loved about your work:

Her Hair - I love her hair, it looks natural, and unlike it's video game counterpart, not like spaghetti.

The stitches - The stitching on the waist and chest were great touches that I feel brought a lot more "look and feel" to the fantasy idea.

Her expression - This actually captures the mood of Widowmaker perfectly, a very cold, not caring "femme fatale". There for the job and nothing else.

I personally am too ignorant and unpracticed to accurately comment on technique so I will reserve my thoughts on that until I've been able to develop my own skills as an artist.

Overall though I think you did a great job and should definitely be proud of this piece of work, you can tell you put a lot of effort into it.
